Mystical Enlightenment

Mystical Enlightenment is an enchantment for Essence Weapons that will cause the Wither and the Ender Dragon to drop Cognizant Dust when killed.
The amount of Cognizant Dust dropped depends on both the boss killed and the enchantment level.
