Overview

The Soul Extractor is a machine used for extracting Mob Souls from items into Soul Jars.

Usage

Note

Make sure you have Just Enough Items installed to easily view all available Soul Extractor recipes.

The Soul Extractor requires energy to function. You can either provide energy via any Forge Energy compatible energy transfer, or use the internal solid-fuel based generator.

Place a valid Soul Extractor input item in the left slot, and a Soul Jar in the right slot. The machine will convert those items into Mob Souls and insert them into the Soul Jar until it is full.

The machine can be upgraded using Machine Upgrades for faster operation and increased internal energy storage.

Screen Overview

  1. Energy Bar: Displays the amount of energy this block contains.
  2. Fuel Slot: Burnable items can be placed here to generate energy.
  3. Input Slot: Place your input ingredients here.
  4. Output Slot: Place the output item (usually a Soul Jar) here.
  5. Upgrade Slot: Place a Machine Upgrade here to upgrade the machine.
